– 20 Kettlebell Swings (Performance: 53/35#+, Fitness: 44-53/ 26-35#, Health: Russian 35-53/18-35#)
– 20 Weighted Sit Ups (w/ KB)*

*Hold the KB as high up against the chest as possible
