– 1 Clean Pull + 1 Power Clean + 1 Hang Clean (Performance and Fitness only)

(Health:  Complete 2 Hang Power Cleans on the minute)

*Performance and Fitness levels, Do not drop the weight between movements. Go as heavy as possible.

Conditioning: AMRAP in 20:00:
– 5 Handstand Push Ups (Performance: Deficit, Fitness: Rx’ed, Health:  pike on box OR Push Up of choice)
– 10 Steps Walking Lunge (hands on back of head)
– 15 Sit Ups (Performance: weighted 25/15#, Fitness & Health: Abmat)
