What is Three Wise Men Tribute?

THEIR MISSION:  OUR VETERANS FOUGHT FOR US. NOW IT IS OUR TURN TO FIGHT FOR THEM. VETERAN SUICIDE, UNEMPLOYMENT, AND DESPAIR ARE AT UNACCEPTABLE LEVELS. WE CAN ALL DO MORE TO HONOR THEIR SACRIFICE AND ASSIST THEIR TRANSITION.

The transition from combat to peace for our returning veterans is daunting. The Three Wise Men Tribute aims to raise funds to provide entrepreneurship training, mentoring, and support for veterans who are interested in starting their own business. Veterans make great entrepreneurs but need help and assistance getting started on the path to a healthy and productive civilian life. they require a sense of purpose that comes with meaningful employment and good paying jobs.

AMRAP in 4:00 of:
– 5 Hang Squat Snatch (Performance: 185/125#, Fitness: 135/95#, Health: 95/65#)
– 10 Burpees Over the Barbell

Rest 2 minutes, and then…

“Ben”
AMRAP in 4:00 of:
– 10 Power Cleans (Performance: 185/125#, Fitness: 135/95#, Health: 95/65#)
– 20 Pull Ups

Rest 2 minutes, and then…

“Beau”
AMRAP in 4:00 of:
– 15 Box Jump Overs (Performance/ Fitness: 24/20”, Health: 20/15″ Step-Overs Allowed)*
– 30 Wall Ball Shots (Performance/ Fitness: 20/14 lbs to 10′,  Health: 14/10 lbs to 8′)
*For the Box Overs and the Burpees, make sure you are focusing on landing in a strong “power” position after every jump, exactly like you would when catching a Power Clean
