Wednesday 12.23.15 – Press & On the Minute

Strength:  Shoulder Press 3-3-3-3-3

Conditioning: On the Minute for 12:00:
– 10 KB Snatches (Performance: 53/35+, Fitness:  53/35#, Health: 44/26 Clean & press)
– max reps Abmat Sit Ups (Performance: Weighted w/ same weight, Fitness: Weighted, choose weight, Health: rx’d)

For the snatches, switch hands whenever you would like, but end up with even reps.  I prefer to switch hands every round, so I will do 6 rounds with my left hand and 6 with my right hand.

For the Sit Ups, even when weighted, fight to keep a neutral spine throughout the entire movement.  Avoid rounding the lower back and sit up tall at the top.  Remember, the neck is part of the spine!
