Strength: Push Jerk + Split Jerk 2-2-2-2-2 (each set is 1+1 push to split jerk)
Conditioning: AMRAP for 12:00:
– 5 Power Cleans
– 7 Hand Release Push Ups
– 9 Toes to Bar
