Strength: Barbell Reverse Lunges 10-10-10-10 (10 total/ 5 each leg)*

Pistols invariably turns into a quad dominant exercise.  Today’s lunges are a chance to focus on the reverse side of the leg, the hamstrings/ glutes

*Try to increase 5 to 10# each set from last time on 5.27.15

WOD: Complete 5 rounds for time:
– 10 Ring Dips
– 20 Russian Twists (53/35#)
– 30 Double Unders
