Strength:  Clean & Jerk 1rm for the day

WOD: AMRAP for 12:00:
– 7 Power Clean + Jerks 50-60% of today’s heaviest or 115/75# (whichever is heaviest*)
– 20 yrd Bear Crawl or 10 yrd Handstand Walk

*Even though the rx’d weight is a pretty broad range of weight, please still scale the weight if needed!
Jerks could be any style.
