Wednesday 8.05.15 – Scale as needed

Strength:  Hang Clean 1-1-1-1-1-1

WOD: AMRAP in 15:00
– 5 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
– 10 Pistols, alternating
– 15 Russian Twists (1 touch on each side = 1 rep)

Coaching notes:  The hang cleans are from above the knees (position 2) and must include a squat before standing up.  For the WOD, use a KB or weight plate for the russian twists, whichever weight you can handle.  The substitution for the pistols and chest to bar pull ups should be completed at a level that you can complete at least 2-3 reps at a time.  If you get down to singles, look for a scaling option that allows you to get those reps.
