Weekend WOD – Sat 8.12.17

Weekend WOD time.  What that means is, we focus on a longer metabolic conditioning workout.  Generally, throughout the week, we cap our conditioning workouts at no longer than 20 min.  We focus more on strength, skills, and intensity.  The Weekend WOD is a chance to go through a longer duration workout.  Generally these will last longer than 20 min and involve lighter weights and more cardio!

For August, Sweat Angels is partnering with buildOn to provide bricks to build a school in Nicaragua. For two decades buildOn has mobilized rural communities in some of the economically poorest countries on the planet. Every 6 check-ins will provide 1 brick to build a school. #bricks4schools
