ASP Shooting Range’s 2nd Annual Block Party is this Saturday, July 9th!  Come on down and meet some great people and support a local business!
Strength: Front Squat 2-2-2-2-2

Conditioning:  Three 5-minute rounds for max reps at each station:
– 0:00-2:00, 400m Run
– 2:00-3:00 Wall Ball
– 3:00-4:00 Toes to Bar
– 4:00-5:00 Burpees

Rest 2:00 between rounds

If it takes longer than 2:00 to do the 400m Run, then you simply miss out on a few Wall Balls.  I don’t think anyone will mind……if you’re really tired, you’ll miss some Toes to Bars……but just jump in wherever you should be based on the time.

From time to time we remind you to check in to The Compound Strength and Conditioning on Facebook when you complete a workout.  We do this in partnership with Sweat Angels, a non-profit organization that chooses a different charity each month.  For every check in, we at the Compound donate to the given charity.
