Keto? Paleo? How to determine the perfect diet (for you)

I have a confession to make:

Outside of a brief 30 day window in 2011, I haven’t been “Paleo.” In fact, most days I eat plenty of non-paleo foods.

Here’s another confession. Although our Paleo Diet article has been viewed over 25 million times, Nerd Fitness isn’t a Paleo blog.

In other words, I don’t really care what cavemen and cavewomen actually ate back in the day.


I’m also working on an article digging into the Keto Diet, and I don’t think it’s the perfect diet either!

Paleo or Keto COULD be the diet that works.

Paleo or Keto COULD also be a disastrous choice.

So what IS the perfect diet?
