Felt the “Bern” – Thu 5.19.16
Sorry guys for the late post. After SWAT training, then a protection detail for a Bernie Sanders rally, now a late baseball game for my kid, all day in the sun, I definitely “felt the Bern” and and a little heat exhausted!
Similar to “Fight Gone Bad”, in this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating.
3 rounds at the following stations:
1. Box Jump (24/20″)
2. KB Swings (53/35#)
3. Power Cleans (115/75#)
4. Push Ball (20/14# to 10/9′ target)
The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score.
One point is given for each rep.
