Friday 1.15.16 – Find 1 rm

Tuesday we played with practicing the clean.  Today, let’s put it together and find a 1 rm (one rep max) for your Power Clean.

Strength:  Power Clean.  Find 1rm.

Conditioning:  4 rounds for time:
– 8 Power Snatches (Performance: 135/95#, Fitness:  105/75#, Health: Sumo Deadlift High Pull 85/55#)
– 12 Ring Rows
– 20 yrd Walking Lunge (Performance:  Use same barbell and weight, Fitness/Health: hands on back of head)
