Friday 10.16.15 – Tabata These

Strength:  Barbell Row (Supinated Grip) 10-10-10-10-10

*Extra goal:  can you do 6-8 reps @ at least 50% your max Deadlift?

Conditioning: Tabata These:
– Chin Ups (Performance/ Fitness:  Kipping or strict, Health: supinated ring rows)
– Walking Lunges
– KB Sumo Deadlift High Pull (choose your weight)
– Burpees

 *1:00 Rest between exercises
**Complete the exercises in any order, but you must complete all rounds of one exercise before moving on.
***Don’t worry about a score, just go all out for each :20 second interval
