Conditioning:  AMRAP in 12:00:
– 5 Ring Dips (Performance:  Muscle Ups, Fitness:  Rx’d, Health:  Push Up of choice)
– 10 Front Squats (Performance:  165/105#, Fitness:  115/85#, Health: 85/55#)
– 15 Deadlifts (same as above)
