Friday 11.20.15 – Jerk then EMOM

Strength:  Jerk (any) 1-1-1-1-1-1

Conditioning:  EMOM for 12:00:
– 3 Front Squats @ 65-75% today’s heaviest Jerk
– 3 Box Jumps

*At the top of every minute perform 3 Front Squats taken from the floor.  Immediately after, perform 3 Box Jumps.  Push yourself, and try to go up in weight and height after every minute, even if it’s 1 inch at a time.

Optional Cash-Out:  Sprint:
– 2:00 Row (max. distance)
– 2:00 Wall Ball (for reps)
– Row 2:00 (max. calories)
