Strength:  Front Squat 3-3-3-3-3

Conditioning: “ Below the Head DT”
Complete 5 rounds for time of:
– 12 Deadlifts (155/105#)
– 9 Hang Power Cleans (155/105#)
– 6 front rack Reverse Lunges – 3/ leg (155/105#)

* Same weights and reps as “DT”, just without going over head.  We are using “DT” weights, so if the rx’d weight is more than 65% your max hang power clean, strongly consider dropping the weight!
