Friday 2.12.16 – Dead Pull
The Deadpool movie opens today. I remember when he was first created in the comic books back in 1991 by Rob Leifield back in the early 90’s when New Mutants was switching over to X-Force….I just went full nerd……in short, movie opens today and looks good, this “Dead Pull” shirt is awesome, and we are deadlifting a bit today. Seemed appropriate!
Strength: Shoulder Press 2-2-2-2-2
Conditioning: 5 rounds for time:
– 5 Push Press (75-85% today’s max Shoulder Press)
– 10 Deadlifts (same weight)
– 20 Double Unders (Health: 20 steps jump rope running in place)
This Saturday we will be having a “sweetheart” Valentines Day partner workout! So bring a spouse, a girlfriend, a boyfriend, or a good buddy, and let’s work off of that chocolate you’ll be eating on Sunday! If you can, try to coordinate outfits with your partner and wear Valentine’s Day colors! (not required obviously)

We have been invited to participate at the Solano County Home and Garden Show at the Dixon fairgrounds again this February. We had a great turnout last year for participation and we got some good exposure for our gym. The date is Saturday, February 2oth.
