*Always have a partner and spot each other!

WOD:  EMOM for 16 Minute:
– 1st min: 3 Muscle Ups OR 5 Ring Dips
– 2nd min: 10 Alternating Pistols
– 3rd min: 5 Handstand Push Ups
– 4th min: 10 Toes to Bar
