Strength:  Power Snatch 1-1-1-1-1-1

Conditioning:  EMOM for 10:00:
– 3 Snatch Pulls (use 100% of today’s heaviest)
– max reps Warrior Sit Ups

Coaching Tips:  Snatch Pull can be as high as possible, or simple a deadlift into a shrug. Try to pull yourself into triple extension!
