Monday 1.11.16 – how many wall balls
Strength: Push Press 2-2-2-2-2
For the push press today, reset every rep of each set. Don’t treat it like a WOD, where you rebound to the next rep as fast as possible. Complete one perfect rep, then reset, then complete the second rep.
Conditioning: Five 2-minute rounds of:
– 5 Pull Ups (Performance: C2B, Fitness: Rx’d, Health: Ring Rows – lower than last time)
– 10 Box Jumps (Performance: 30/24″, Fitness: 24/20″, Health: Land in a power position)
– Max reps Wall Ball shots (Performance/ Fitness: 20/14# to 10′, Health: 14/10# to 9/8′)
*Rest 2 minutes between rounds.
*Score is number of Wall Balls completed each for all rounds.
