Conditioning: Five 2-minute rounds of:
– 5 Chest to Bar Pull Ups (Performance:  Muscle Ups, Fitness: C2B, Health: scaling method of choice)
– 10 Box Jumps (Performance: 30/24″, Fitness: 24/20″, Health: Land in a power position)
– Max reps Thrusters (Performance: 165/ 105#, Fitness: 135/85#, Health: 85/55#)

*Rest 2 minutes between rounds.
*Score is number of thrusters completed each for all rounds.
