Conditioning:  AMRAP in 15:00:
– 200m Run
– Wall Ball–1 unbroken set max reps (Performance:20/14# to 10′, Fitness:20/14# to 9′, Health:14/ 10# to 8-9′)
– Kettlebell Swings – russian – match Wall Ball reps (All levels:  AHAP)

*Score is total Wall Balls divided by the number of 200m runs completed (Math to figure our average number of Wall Balls per round)
