Strength: Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3

Conditioning:  AMRAP in 12:00:
– 14 KB Sumo Deadlift High Pull (choose weight)
– 7 Box Jump – land in “power” position (Performance 24/20″, Fitness/ Health: as high as possible for a strong “power” position)
– 7 Toes to Bar (Performance:  Complete all 7 reps without coming off the bar or 7 Burpee Penalty before resuming, Fitness: Rx’d. Health: Knees as high as possible into chest)
