Strength: Power Clean 3-3-3-3-3
Conditioning: How far can you go?
Start a 12 minute running clock. Complete the following:
- 2 Alternating Kettlebell Snatch (pick weight – Health: Clean and Press)
- 2 Push Balls (M:20#-10’/W:14#-9′)*
- 2 Box Jumps (pick height)
Each subsequent round, add two reps to each movement. Score highest round completed + extra reps.
*A “Push Ball” is a wallball where you only dip like a Push Press instead of doing a full squat. You’re Welcome!
UPDATE for the CrossFit Open. Due to demands and concerns, we will be returning to programming The Open workout for the gym each Friday! This way, everyone with scheduling issues can still participate in The Open, wheither they sign up or not! We’ll get the entire gym working out together.
