Strength:  Deadlift 1-1-1-1-1-1

This is not necessarily a 1 rep max, but it is 6 heavy singles, attempting to go up in weight each set.  If you happen to get a 1 rep max, great!

WOD: In 12:00 perform:
– 400m Run
– 15 Strict Pull Ups
– 400m Run
– 15 Chin Ups (strict or kip)
– 400m run
– AMRAP Pull Ups (any)

Score is the AMRAP Pull Ups until time expires
