– 7 Kettlebell Power Snatch – Left (Performance: 53/35#, Fitness: 44/26#, Health: clean and jerk 35-44/18-26#)
– 7 Kettlebell Power Snatch – Right
– 7 Box Jump – land in “power” position (Performance 24/20″, Fitness/ Health: as high as possible for a strong “power” position)
– 7 Toes to Bar (Fitness: T2B or K2E, Health: Knees as high as possible into chest)
