3 rounds:
– 400m Run
– 21 Kettlebell Swings (53/35#)
– 12 Pull Ups

Scaling Down?  use a smaller KB or a Russian Swing, and Ring Rows
Scaling Up?  use a larger KB and chest to bar pull ups

Compare to 2.22.17

Strength/Skill:  Tires or Stones or Sleds

Just Play.  Coaches and members, come up with a rep scheme/strength and skill work that you would like to for your class.  Add from last week or try something different.  Work up to heavy tires, max reps for a set time, fastest times to cover a distance, etc. Stone shouldering, stone presses, stone carries, “Death by”, etc.   Just Play!
