Simplest looking workouts – Fri 7.22.16

Sometimes the simplest looking workouts end up being the toughest, mostly because you push yourself that much harder, you ramp up the intensity by yourself.  That’s the goal of all workouts, but sometimes there are certain movements that you aren’t as adept in, or you hit muscle fatigue too quickly, etc.  This is not one of those workouts.  Get in the gym, go hard, and then go out!

Strength:  Hang Power Clean 2-2-2-2-2

Conditioning: Complete for Time:
– Reps of 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Burpees
– Reps of 20-18-16-14-12-10-8-6-4-2 Abmat Sit Ups

*Alternate movements (sit ups are double the amount of burpees each set)

*13 minute time cap

The CrossFit Games are happening this week!  The tenth year of the CrossFit Games will take place July 19-24, 2016, at the StubHub Center in Carson, California.

How to Watch:
The 2016 Games will be streamed online to YouTube and WatchESPN, and 10 hours of competition will be broadcast to ESPN networks.
