Sunday 1.31.16 – Busy February!
So much going on this month, it is going to be a busy but fun February, so let’s get started!
New Boot Camp session starts Monday, February 1st for 5am and 6 am classes! This 4-week fitness program uses the principles of CrossFit without the aspect of heavy weight lifting in a 45-minute boot camp style workout designed to build power and strength, increase stamina and cardiovascular endurance, and improve overall fitness.
Congrats to ALL of you who did so well in this challenge. And Thanks to Coach Jenna for putting it all together!
Reminder, we are fitness testing next week. So going all out cheat right now may not be the best strategy…..wink, wink. The format will be the same as it was prior to the start of the nutrition challenge! If you don’t recall, look at the “Daily Workout” blog beginning on 12.28.15

We have been invited to participate at the Solano County Home and Garden Show at the Dixon fairgrounds again this February. We had a great turnout last year for participation and we got some good exposure for our gym. The date is Saturday, February 2oth.
