Sunday 10.04.15 – New Boot Camp sessions start Monday!
Our next Compound BootCamp is starting Monday, October 5th…….just in time to get you ready for the tight fitted, short skirted, barely any material there Halloween costumes!! And the ladies can join in too if they want!
Our fat blasting, high intensity, kicked up cardio workouts are sure to help you feel and look like a super hero in just 4 short weeks.The next 4 week session begins Monday, October 5th and goes until Friday the 30th.
This 4-week fitness program uses the principles of CrossFit without the aspect of heavy weight lifting in a 45-minute boot camp style workout designed to build power and strength, increase stamina and cardiovascular endurance, and improve overall fitness.
The boot camp workouts are based on a combination of intense cardio, strength, and core training. They are constantly varied, and consist of bodyweight exercises, plyometrics, high intensity intervals, calisthenics, running drills, and more! Each workout will push physical limits, burn calories, and increase self esteem in a fun, positive, and motivating environment.
This boot camp program is uniquely scaled to all individuals- you don’t need to be in shape to begin and any workout can be modified to meet individual fitness levels.
Classes meet in 4-week sessions – Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 5:00am – 5:45am OR 6:00am – 6:45am. Class size is limited and full payment is required to reserve a spot. Current Unlimited CrossFit members can add Compound Boot Camp classes to their memberships for $25/month.

As the class ended I decide that it was not working I need a dramatic change. I ask my husband to sign up with me because I was so intimidated by the whole thing. Well guess what? We never left this amazing place.
Not only has it changed my body, but it changed my life and my family life’s too.
Not only have I leaned about CrossFit I have also learned about proper eating and how Paleo has helped me get to my goals. They may not work for everybody but they do for me and even my husband. No one is perfect and if you mess up one day you get up on the next and try again again again till you accomplish what you want.
I have been very lucky to have many friends and supporters in this place included my wonderful husband.
Without him I’m not so sure I would make it every day.
We do support each other very much and push ourselves as much as we can 🙂
