Finishing Up the CrossFit Open! You can go HERE and create your own custom leader board and compare yourself against any thing and anyone you want to. But most importantly, I’m proud of everyone who signed up to compete in the Open, and those who didn’t sign up and still completed the workouts! Nice Job Compound!
Wednesday, March 30th, from 6-7pm: Join Fleet Feet Sports Vacaville at The Compound Crossfit gym in Vacaville for an educational Hamstring & Quadricep mobility clinic. Do you suffer from pour range of motion? Hip pain? Knee pain? This class is for you! They will focus on techniques to mobilize you quads & hamstrings via stretching and tissue manipulation with the Addaday mobility line.
You do not need to be a member of The Compound to join in on the learning experience brought to you by mobility guru, Liz Roehrs. Dress comfortably, bring a mat, current mobility tools if you have them and be ready to learn. Class starts promptly at 6pm.

Reminder: If you are coming in Monday to complete the CrossFit Games Open workout 16.5, make sure you have a judge (not the coach coaching the WOD) to judge the workout for you. Set that up in advance!
