Facebook Check-ins! Every time you check in at The Compound, purified water is donated to families in need through our partnership at Sweat Angels.
So keep those check-ins coming all month! You never know, if this drought in California keeps up, perhaps we’ll become a recipient of some much need Sweat Angels love?!
Boot Camp: We have new Boot Camp sessions beginning Monday, September 7th for 5:00 am and 6:00 am classes on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Contact Erica Ellingson at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information. Or REGISTER HERE while there’s still room!!
CrossFit Team Series: From September 8th -14th, several members in the gym will be forming completing some Team Workouts and competing with themselves and with many other teams in a CrossFit Worldwide team competition. If you see them doing a different workout, take time to cheer them on! So far we have Team Grip and Rip named. We are waiting to hear the names of the other teams! Wellness Workshop: Wednesday, September 16th at 5:30 pm, Thrive Chiropractic is providing a free workshop on Toxins and Detoxing. It will be held in the Boot Camp room at The Compound!
