Let’s switch it up, get some Conditioning in this week before the Strength. You have to realize by adding the conditioning earlier in the training your strength numbers might not be the same. Take this with a grain of salt and understand you might have to check your ego. If you check your ego and keep putting in the work, you will realize the progress and reap the dividends of this program.*

*This may not apply to the 5 am class, as you may find that conditioning first wakes you up and warms you up more.

Conditioning: AMRAP in 15:00:
– 30 Air Squats
– 20 Kettlebell swings (Performance: +53/35#, Fitness: 44-53/26-35#, Health: up to 26/35#)
– 10 Handstand Push Ups (Health: Push Ups, scaled as needed)

Strength:  Front Squat 1-1-1-1-1-1

The 2017 Reebok CrossFit Games starts next week, Aug. 3-6, at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison, Wisconsin.

This year, the CrossFit Games will be easier to watch than ever. New season-long partnerships with Facebook and CBS Sports will mean that fans worldwide can watch the entire competition online for free, with additional televised coverage before, during and after the event. Additionally, the CBS Television Network will air a one-hour live look into the competition on Aug. 5, and a highlight show on Aug. 19, both at 1 p.m. ET.
