Skill:  Muscle Up.  Work on any aspect of the ring or bar  muscle up.  Try ring muscle ups scaled from the knees!

Conditioning:   “Diane”
– Deadlift (Performance: 275/184#, Fitness: rx’d 225/155#, Health: 135/85#)
– Handstand Push Ups (performance: 45# plates deficit, Fitness: rx’d, Health: Hand Release Push Ups)
