Skill:  Sled Pulls – AHAP for length of the ropes*

*Stand at a cone or line and pull the sled towards you, hand over hand.

WOD: 4 rounds:
– :45 sec Deadlifts (135/95#)
– :15 sec Transition
– :45 sec Box Jumps w/ step downs* (24/20″)
– :10 sec Transition
– :45 sec Hollow Rocks
– :15 sec. Transition

*As soon as feet are parallel to each other on the step down, JUMP again!
