Strength:  Barbell Row (Supinated Grip) 10-10-10-10-10

*Extra goal:  can you do 6-8 reps @ at least 50% your max Deadlift?

Conditioning: AMRAP in 10:00:
– 10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (115/ 75#)
– 10 Ring Push Ups*

* Sub regular Hand Release Push Ups or your scaled verison of Push Ups if needed!
