Reminder of the rest of the week’s schedule:

Black Friday, Fri 11/25: 8 and 9 am classes only
Saturday, 11/26: 8 and 9 am classes only

Conditioning: 4 rounds for time:
– 400m Run
– 15 Knees to Elbow
– 20 yards Burpee Broad Jumps

Strength:  Thruster 3-3-3-3-3

*You read that right, conditioning first, then strength.  If you are doing the Wendler program, you can choose to do it first or second.

*Optional Strength:  Wendler Week 3 Day 4:
Percentages are off your TRAINING MAX, which is 90% of your true max:
– Power Clean
75% x 3
85% x 2
95% x 1+

(When you see 5+, 3+, 2+,or 1+, that means you do the max reps you can manage with that weight, with the goal being at least 5 reps.  If you go higher than you’re attempting to set a personal rep record at that weight, but the lifts should maintain the strictest of form.)
