Skill: Dip (of choice) 4 x max reps

Conditioning:  6 rounds:
– 10 Barbell Reverse Lunge – 5 reps/leg (choose weight)*
– 20 Double Unders (Performance/Fitness:  Double Unders, Health:  30 reps Jump Rope running in place)
– 20 yd Bear Crawl shuttle (10 yds out and back)

*Challenge yourself:  it’s 5 reps a leg only, so if you have good posture, push the weight!

Optional Cash Out:  Time Cap 5:00:
– 400m Med. Ball Run + Max. Rep Ab work of choice*
