From time to time we remind you to check in to The Compound Strength and Conditioning on Facebook when you complete a workout.  We do this in partnership with Sweat Angels, a non-profit organization that chooses a different charity each month.  For every check in, we at the Compound donate to the given charity.  See below for this month’s charity.

Strength: Shoulder Press 3-3-3-3-3

Conditioning: AMRAP in 12:00:
– 5 Power Cleans (75% today’s heaviest shoulder press)
– 10 Box Jumps – Games style (land in power position)
– 15 Push Ups (Performance: Tru Ring Push Ups, Fitness: Rx’d, Health: Sub of choice)
