Weighted Dips 5-5-5-5

*Turn out at the top of each rep for it to count

WODComplete 4 rounds for time:
– 10 Power Snatches (115/ 75#)
– 10 Barbell Reverse Lunges/ ea. leg
– 10 Kettlebell Swings (53/35#)
– 10 single-arm KB Reverse Lunges/ ea. leg
– Rest 30 seconds

* Lunges – push off the back leg on all reps, activating the glutes and hamstrings.  Resist using momentum to lean onto the front leg to stand up!
