Skill:  EMOM for 12:00:
– 2 Handstand Push Ups @ hardest variation

WOD:  5 rounds for time:
– 10 Deadlifts (225/155#)
– 15 Push Ups
– 20 Double Unders

*Coaching Tips:  For the SkillWOD, Use a variation that is extremely difficult for you.  You should be getting to “near” failure for the 2nd rep around the 8th or 9th rounds.

For the WOD – challenge weight and skill – 275/ 185# and dynamic push ups
