WOD:  AMRAP for 12:00:
– 10 Knees to Elbow
– 10 Push Ups
– 5 Broad Jumps (6/4′)

*Broad Jump must be performed by landing with hips above parallel in a “power” position.  So use a distance you can hit every time…..with good effort!
