Strength:  Front Squat 3-3-3-3-3

WOD:  AMRAP for 12:00:
– 5 Broad Jumps (6/4′)
– 10 KB Snatches (5/arm)
– 15 Hollow Rocks

*Broad Jump must be performed by landing with hips above parallel in a “power” position.  So if you can’t jump at least 6 / 4′  use a distance you can hit every time…..with good effort!
