Coach Ryan will be at CrossFit Oakland this week competing.  His group begins at 4pm.  Be there if you can!

Skill: Muscle Clean 2 rm

WOD:  “12:00 Cindy”
AMRAP in 12:00:
– 5 Pull Ups
– 10 Push Ups
– 15 Air Squats

*Cindy is usually a 20:00 workout.  12 minutes sounds easier……but in actuality allows you to keep up the intensity that much more rather than pacing for a longer period of time.
