WOD:  4 cycles:
Each cycle lasts 5 minutes:
– 400m Run
– Max rounds of “Cindy”

1 round of “Cindy”= 5 Pull Ups, 10 Push Ups, 15 Air Squats

When the 5 minutes is up, repeat starting with the run.
